advertising) in Bangladesh.
Purpose & Activities:
It provides a collective voice for billboard owners: for instance, reporting in 2014 that “billboard
hijacking” by political groups caused losses to owners.
It also engages with regulatory issues: for example, issuing complaints that city corporations
approved billboards in violation of rules.
The association holds elections for leadership: in 30 August 2025 it elected a new President
